COACHING CLINICS | GOALIE CLINICS | SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS
Objective
Take your association’s goaltending development to the next level by creating an environment of consistent position specific training.
Skills
Your goaltenders and coaches will all learn the fundamentals of goaltending and how to best teach those skills in practices.
Coaching Clinics
Every coach in your organization will participate in a goalie coaching symposium that will educate them on how to best help their goalies throughout the season. This is the most critical piece of the program as educating the coaches has the most lasting impact on your association’s growth.
Goalie Clinics
On-ice development that serves as both an opportunity for your goalies to refine their skills but also a place for your coaches to further their education. It is strongly recommended that every coach in your association attend at least one goalie clinic to shadow our staff and learn more about how to help their goalies.
Semi-Private Lessons
For your goalies to progress it is critical that they receive detailed training specific to their needs. The semi-private lessons allow for each student to get the required attention in a semi-private setting of no more than four goalies at Elite Sports Performance. Lessons are recorded and each student will receive a video of the lesson with feedback.

Steve Thompson’s Goaltending Academy is second to none. Steve has coached our son for the last four seasons.
